About My Practice

Hi I’m Rosalind Curtis.

I’ve been practicing family law since I graduated from the South Texas College of Law in 1989.  In 1992 I opened my own family law practice in Pasadena Texas to serve the greater Houston area.

When you need legal help you deserve a lawyer who will take the time to listen to you … who will be fair and honest with you.  A lawyer who will work tirelessly to defend your interests.  I’m dedicated to being that kind of lawyer for you.

I practice in all areas of family law including adoption, divorce, prenuptial agreements, wills and probate. 

Handling adoptions is probably my favorite because it lets me help create a new family and place children in a loving home.  I had the privilege of assisting in the adoptions of two of my own grandchildren…so if you choose me to assist with your adoption you can be sure I appreciate how special and important your new child is to you.

I also believe that you deserve access to good legal help…at a cost that you can afford.

My Legal Staff

Gina Llanas (Legal Assistant/Secretary)

Gina has been my legal assistant since 1996 and helps with practically everything in my law practice.

She’s been through a divorce so if you come to us needing help with your divorce Gina knows what you’re going through. 

Gina speaks both English and Spanish and is a certified bilingual secretary.

Mirian Alejandro (Secretary/Receptionist)

Since she usually answers the phone, Mirian will probably be the first person you meet at my office.  She has worked with me since 2014 and enjoys meeting all of our different clients.

Mirian speaks both English and Spanish.
